Aaron Lande to head Traill’s road department

After nearly five months, Traill County has a man to head its road and bridge department.

Aaron Lande, Mayville, last week accepted the contract offered by the county.

Lande has been working for the county highway department since May 2001. 

He replaces Scott Stammen, who resigned in January to accept a position in Mountrail County.

Bill Fischer and Dan Hogenson have been the department’s interim superintendent since January.
